The advantage of this property is that it is very inexpensive. It is clean and basic. It is an older property that was likely very nice in its day. No closet, no bureau. It has a small coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. It is air conditioned and that worked very well. The gentleman in charge was very helpful in showing us how to use the remotes for the tv and heat/ac unit. He was very conscientious. Restaurants within walking distance were ok. The food was good, but they were the small neighborhood sort. We had Vietnamese one evening and Mexican the other. We stayed just one night before a scheduled trip with others and stayed again when we returned. We were comfortable. The landscaping is tropical and well cared for. Though it is on a busy street it is well back from the road and the landscaping provides a sound barrier.

It was clean and quiet. The only VIP treatment I got was having my dog’s name on the welcome board.

All of the front desk personnel and culinary staff were wonderful; very friendly and accommodating. I will stay there again in a heartbeat.
